We would like to take this opportunity of offering our services as a Property Management Company in the region covering Gran Alacant to Cabo Roig (Southern Costa Blanca). The services we offer are:
Service Contract
With a Service contract we offer you the service of checking your home on a regular basis when we open windows to air the property, check electricity and water are still working, run the water down all sinks to prevent drains smelling, flush toilets, and it also assists in protecting your home. If you require we also empty the postbox and advise if there is any important post for you. In case of damage e.g. due to break in or weather conditions we can contact your insurance for you. Any adverse situation will be reported to you as soon as possible and we will discuss if there are any additional costs involved.
Key Contract
It is also possible to take advantage of a key contract only. This means we hold a key for your property at our office, ensuring that if there is an emergency there is always a key at the office. This allows you the peace of mind of knowing your keys are in a secure environment accessible to you at any time. This service does not include the checking of your property.
Rent out your property in Spain
On both of these contracts we can rent your property out if required.
Secondhomesinspain.com Properties & Management has a rental management service which includes a cleaning and laundry service.
Web Site Advertising Contract
If you want to rent out your property we recommend to take advantage of a website contract. We advertise your property on our website www.secondhomesinspain.com and many other international websites, we also collaborate with local, Dutch and Finnish agents. Pictures will be taken from the interior and exterior of the property.
There is a nominal fee for these services. Please contact us for more information about annual contracts, fees and rental prices. It is also possible to take advantage of a contract for 6 months.
