It is very cool in the summer time and it has spacious rooms. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms (one double and the other good for four), a bathroom, the kitchen and the dining area with a large table which can seat up to 10 persons. Two beautiful courtyards provide daylight, ventilation with magnificent views. On the upper floor there is a huge living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace. The living room is large enough having two sofas, armchairs, a bookshelves and a television set. The big terrace is full of plants and one can just stay there as time passes by. The terrace has a separate area where one can barbecue their favourite food. There are two fireplaces, one on each floor, making it the perfect place to relax during the wintertime. Situated in a quiet and relaxing area, close to beach, by the main boulevard where there are plenty of restaurants. One can easily park in the street. The distance to the beach is approximately 100 meters, which is the same distance to the restaurants and commercial areas. It is also very close to the train and bus stations. One does not need a vehicle to enjoy all the nearby beautiful places. I can say that it is a dream house!!!! And objectively speaking I think is a wonderful house that retains the charm of the town’s houses and at the same time it is different from others. Every detail of the house is taken care of, making it a place to enjoy while on holidays. Easy parking on public parking

Rental price are based on a minimum of 7 days during the months June, July, August and September.

Rest of the year is minimum of 3 days 85 € day
